Ampergen Updates

Dear Customer,

Ampergen/Multiplier has been going through a strategic transformation during the last 30 days. Our goal is to strengthen the focus on our industrial and OEM business activities, streamline our operations and become more responsive to the needs of yourself and the market.

Within the United States we have been in the process of moving our operations base from San Diego to our production factory in Tijuana, Mexico.  This move has recently been completed and we look forward to having our main production and operations based from this facility.  We have also consolidated our Boston office so that our focus is now centralized at the factory location.

Within the UK and Europe we continue to operate out of our production, operational and delivery facilities at Peterlee in the UK; although some changes will be experienced from the overall Group’s streamlining process.

We are striving to mitigate any impact of the changes but apologize if any service levels have fallen during this transitional period.  We are re-aligning our supply chain back in order to shorten delivery times; though spot outages may continue for the next 30 days until production and inventory catch up.

We want to thank you for your business and assure you of our commitment to continuously improving our service to you.  We will be contacting you directly in the coming weeks to discuss in more detail our plans moving forward.  In the meantime, please feel free to contact myself or members of the team should you have any other questions or concerns.

As part of this transformation and consolidation, we will be changing our corporate name and billing information effective immediately.  Please note however that operationally all contact information such as customer service and email addresses will remain the same. Our new corporate information is as follows:

You will also find attached our new USA domestic banking details for all payments by check, wire transfers and electronic payments. Please forward this information to your accounts payable group and update your vendor records.
